Meter Setup and Configuration Guide

Overview

Create and configure meters (e.g., Electricity, Gas, Water) for billing purposes. This guide will help you set up meters using the system's interface.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the system's Menu Bar.

Steps

  1. Access the Setup Menu:
    - Click on Setup from the Menu Bar.
    - Expand Business Setup.
    - Select 11. Meters.
  2. Configure Meters:
    - This panel allows you to create and configure multiple meters for billing.
  3. Action Buttons:
    - Add Button: Click to add a new meter.
    - Delete Button: Click to remove the specified meter.
    - Cancel Button: Click to cancel any unsaved changes and refresh the page.
    - Submit Button: Click to save changes you have made.
  4. Meter Tabs:
    - Utility Meters: Create and configure meters based on intervals and include standing charges.
    - Other Meters: Provides the option to create and configure basic meters.
  5. Meter Editor:
    - Configure the meter settings in this section. Refer to the next page for further information.
