Resetting an Employee's Password

Overview
This document provides instructions on how to reset an employee's password using the system's setup options and the password recovery email feature.
Prerequisites
- Access to the system's menu and setup options
- Employee's email address must be listed in the system
Steps
- Click on the Menu button.
- Select the Setup tab.
- Click on Employee Setup.
- In the tree list under 'All Employees', select the employee in question.
- Click on the Password Recovery Email link.
- An email will be sent to the email address listed for the employee. - Inform the employee to open the email.
- The email contains a link that allows the employee to reset their password.
- Note: The Password Reset Link is valid for one hour.
Troubleshooting
- Employees can also reset their password by clicking on the Forgot Password? link on the login page. This action will send the Password Recovery Email to the employee's registered email address.
