Assign WiFi Password to Check-In Forms

This document provides instructions on how to assign a WiFi password to check-in forms.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the system's menu and setup options.

Steps

  1. Access Setup Options
    - Click the Menu button.
    - Select the Setup tab.
    - Choose Unit Type Policy Description.
  2. Add WiFi Password
    - Add the WiFi password to the Check-in Form text panel.
    - Ensure the formatting is consistent.
  3. Display the Entered Text
    - Select Check-In Form with Detail to display the entered text.

Troubleshooting

  • Missing Check-In Form Option
  • If the Check-In Form option does not appear in your Print Selector – Check-in, contact Support to enable it.
