• Access to the Rate Setup configuration.

Steps

• Check if an "E" needs to be placed in the "Weekly" time period 6 days before the season change (6 days before the first day of the new season).
• If rates are incorrect, enter the correct rates in the required time periods for the new season.
• Enter the new Weekly Season rate on the first day of the season.
• Ensure an "E" is entered 6 days before the start of the season and a second "E" is entered 6 days before the end of the new season.
