Customizing Reservation Check-In Forms

Overview

This document provides instructions on how to add your own information to display on the standard Check-in forms, specifically the Reservation Check-in Form – Detail.

Note: If this form is not displayed as an option in the Check-in Print Selector, please contact DigitalRez to enable the form.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Check-in Print Selector
  • Permission to edit Check-in forms

Steps

  1. Access Setup:
    - Click on a Menu button.
    - Select the Setup tab.
    - Click on Unit Type Policy Description.
  2. Edit Check-In Form Text:
    - Click on the Global tab.
    - Click on Check In Form Text and select Edit.
    - Enter the required text and click Select.
  3. Submit Changes:
    - Enter a change control comment.
    - Click Submit to finalize.
  4. Customizing the Form:
    - If you wish to customize the Check-In Form to your own style, you can create your own in Content Setup.
    - The text entered into the Check In Form Text panel will be available as a wildcard within Content Setup.

Troubleshooting

  • If the Check-in form is not available in the Print Selector, ensure that you contact DigitalRez to enable the form.
