Steps

Policy Setup

Payment Processing (if applicable)

  • Manually
  • No processor; customer will be contacted manually for card information or payments
  • Credit Card Vault
  • Stores credit card information; payments handled manually outside the system
  • Integrated Credit Card Processing
  • Allows customers to process payments based on configured deposit policy or store a token for card information

Additional Setup

  • Unit Type Descriptions
  • Unit Type Images
  • Unit Images (if applicable)
  • Applicable if allowing customers to select specific units

Troubleshooting

  • Review rules and ensure they align with business requirements.
  • Ensure theme colors and banner images are correctly implemented.
  • Validate email templates and document manager settings.
  • Test the abandoned email module and web booking settings for proper functionality.
