Setting Product or Service Rates

This document provides instructions on how to set the rates for a product or service.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the system where product rates are managed.

Steps

  1. Click on a Menu button and enter "Product Rate Setup" into the Menu Field Name box.
    - Alternatively, click on the Setup tab and select Product Rate Setup within the Pricing and Rates section.
  2. Click on the + symbol next to the Product Group to expand the product listing.
  3. Enter the rate in the New Rate box for the product/service.

Troubleshooting

  • Ensure you have the necessary permissions to access and modify product rates.
  • Verify that the correct product group is expanded before entering the new rate.
