Entering Business Terms and Conditions Online

Overview

This document provides instructions on how to enter Business Terms and Conditions, General Policies, and other information to display on the Online Booking page and receipts.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the system with permissions to edit Business Terms and Conditions.

Steps

Location

  • Click on the Menu button.
  • Select the Setup tab.
  • Click on Unit Type Policy Description.

Unit Type Policy Description

  • The description is divided into two tabs: Unit Type and Global.
  • Unit Type: Contains policies like Cancellation Policy, Deposit Policy, etc., applicable to all or specific Unit Types.
  • Global: Contains business-wide text such as Business Terms and Conditions and General Policy.
  • Click on the Global tab to enter the Business Terms and Conditions text.

Entering Text

  • Click on the required area to expand.
  • Click Edit.
  • Enter or edit the required text.
  • Click Accept.
  • Enter a change control comment and click Submit to finalize.

Troubleshooting

  • Ensure you have the necessary permissions to edit the Business Terms and Conditions.
  • Verify that you are in the correct tab (Global) for entering business-wide policies.
