Change Reservation Alert Color in RezExpert

Overview

This guide provides instructions on how to change the alert color for a reservation. There are two methods available to achieve this.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Guest Folio
  • Access to the Availability Grid

Steps

Option 1: Change Alert Color via Guest Folio

  • Navigate to the Guest Folio.
  • Click on the Custom Alert dropdown within the Booking Details section.
  • Select the appropriate Custom Alert.
  • Press Submit to finalize the changes.

Option 2: Change Alert Color via Availability Grid

  • On the Availability Grid, left-click on the reservation. The Till Tape will display.
  • Within the Till Tape, click on the Alert hyperlink to assign the Custom Alert.

Troubleshooting

  • Once an alert is applied to a reservation, the reservation color on the Availability Grid will change to the Alert's color.
  • Note: If no deposit payment has been applied to the reservation, the red color status (No Payment) will take priority over the Alert color.
