Removing Tax from Single Reservation

Overview

This document provides instructions on how to remove a tax from a single reservation.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the reservation system.
  • The reservation must be in the booking creation phase.

Steps

  1. During the booking creation process, before selecting "Submit":
    - Navigate to the Charges/Payments tab.
  2. Click on the hyperlinked CHANGE function.
  3. In the table that appears, de-select the taxes you wish to exclude.

Troubleshooting

  • Ensure you are in the correct phase of booking creation before attempting to remove taxes.
  • Verify that the CHANGE function is accessible and clickable. If not, check your user permissions or consult support.
