Overview
This document addresses the issue of being unable to make a reservation despite visible availability.
Prerequisites
- Access to the reservation system grid
- Knowledge of unit types and their assignments
Steps
- Check for Conflicts:
- Click on the unit type on the grid to identify any conflicts.
- If a conflict exists, proceed to the next step. - Resolve Conflicts:
- Un-assign the unit(s) in question.
- Check for any pencil-ins that may have been created on the unit in question.
- The system should automatically sort the conflict once these steps are completed.
Troubleshooting
- Inventory Management:
- It is advisable to manage inventory during peak periods.
- Regularly review unassigned pencil-ins to prevent future conflicts.
