Uploading Unit Type Images for Online Booking

Overview

Images can be uploaded to display on the Online Booking page. When a guest clicks on the Unit Type, the uploaded image will display for their viewing. For properties using Map Based Online reservations, images can be uploaded to specific Sites/Units.

Prerequisites

• Ensure images are in png, jpg, or bmp format.
• Image size must be less than 5MB.
• Recommended image dimensions: 1000 pixels wide by 750 pixels high.
• Image file names must only contain alphanumeric characters and underscores. Special characters such as brackets ( ) are not allowed.

Steps

Upload an Image for All Unit Types

• Click on the Global Image Upload button.
• Select the Upload button to upload the file.

Upload an Image for a Specific Unit

• Click on the Unit Tab.
• Select the Unit from the list.
• Click on the Image Upload button to upload the file.

Troubleshooting

• Ensure the image file size is less than 5MB.
• Verify that the image file name contains only allowed characters (alphanumeric and underscores).
• Confirm the image format is supported (png, jpg, bmp).
