Prerequisites

  • Access to the system's menu and navigation page.
  • Permissions to modify product rates.

Steps

To set the rates for a product or service, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Menu.
  2. On the Navigation Page, select the Setup tab.
  3. Under Pricing and rates, click on Product Rate Set up.
  4. In the Product Group screen, choose "user defined product."
  5. Enter the desired rate in the "new rate" field for your Product/Service.
