Steps

    - Navigate to Business Set-up.
    - Activate the Reciprocal Business functionality.
  2. Choose Reciprocal Business
    - After activation, any other businesses with Reciprocal Business functionality activated will be displayed.
  3. Views Permitted
    - Choose the view you want to allow the reciprocal business to use.
    - At least one view is required before setting this.
    - Views are created within 15. Views.
  4. Security Role Assignment
    - Assign the Security Role that incoming employees will use in your business.
    - Note: If the status is changed to “Cancelled” when reactivating the reciprocal agreement, you will need to reassign security to employees.
  5. Reciprocal Status
    - Select “Active” to make the Reciprocal functionality between the two properties active.
    - Both properties need to have the Status as “Active” to make the partnership available.
  6. Employee Security

    - Set which employee(s) will be authorized to access the reciprocal business.
