This document explains the differences between Single Client/Single Account and Single Client/Multi Account configurations for group bookings.
Prerequisites
- Understanding of group booking processes
- Familiarity with payment responsibilities in booking systems
Steps
Single Client/Single Account
- Payment Responsibility: The client is responsible for all payments.
- Reservation Charges:
- Charges are displayed in the Group Booking Summary under the Charges/Payments tab.
- Individual bookings do not display reservation charges in their Charges/Payments tab.

Single Client/Multi Account
- Payment Responsibility: Each booking client is responsible for their own booking payment.
- Reservation Charges:
- Charges are displayed on each individual booking's Charges/Payments tab.
- No charges are displayed at the Group Booking Summary level.

Troubleshooting
- Adjusting Settings:
- Settings cannot be adjusted if any deposits have been converted.
- Settings can be adjusted at any time prior to check-in on unpaid group bookings.
- Once any reservation within the group has been checked in, settings cannot be adjusted.
