Assigning Units Before Booking Submission

Overview

This guide provides instructions on how to assign a unit before submitting a booking.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Availability Grid.

Steps

  1. Highlight a number of grids on the Availability Grid equal to the number of days you wish to make the reservation.
  2. Click the Submit button located at the top right end of the Availability Grid to open the Booking Quote screen.
  3. Click on the Assign Unit button on the top right-hand side of the Booking Quote screen.
  4. Fill in the remaining required fields and click Submit.

Troubleshooting

  • Ensure all required fields are filled before submitting.
  • Verify that the correct number of days is highlighted on the Availability Grid.
