Creating Custom Check-In Forms in RezExpert

Overview

Content Setup allows you to create your own Check-In Form or other custom forms using the Wildcard dropdown selection and Client Image Library.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Admin tab within the Menu.
  • Familiarity with the Content Setup and Content Assignment Setup sections.

Steps

Location

  • Click on a Menu button.
  • Select the Admin tab.
  • Click on Content Setup within the Administrative section.

Content Setup - Rez HTML

  • To create custom reservation content for single reservations:
  • Click Add.
  • Enter the name of the content.
  • Select the Content Type - Rez HTML.
  • Copy from Blank or select an existing template to copy from.

Editing Text

  • Click Edit.
  • Enter the text. Multiple formats and fonts are available to customize the text display.
  • Use Wildcards from the Wildcard dropdown to insert into applicable areas within the content.
  • Once the text has been entered, click on the Active flag and click Submit to finalize.

Content Assignment Setup

  • Once the Rez HTML content has been created and activated, assign it to the required print destinations within RezExpert via the Content Assignment Setup.
  • Click on a Menu button.
  • Select the Admin tab.
  • Click on Content Assignment Setup within the Administrative section.
  • Click on the General - Console option on the left.
  • The different print destinations will display.
  • For Check-In forms, enable the new content within the following:
  • Console Rez - Confirmation
  • Console Rez - Check-In
