Setting Up Weekend Rates in System

This document provides instructions on how to set up a Weekend Rate in the system.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the system's menu and setup options.

Steps

  1. Access Weekend/Weekday Setup
    - Click on the Menu button.
    - Select the Setup tab.
    - Click on Weekend/Weekday Setup.
  2. Configure Weekend Days
    - Under Weekend/Weekday Setup, select the days that count as Weekend Days using the Label Change control.
    - Submit the changes made.
  3. Proceed to Rate Setup
    - Click on the Menu button.
    - Select the Setup tab.
    - Click on Rates Setup.
  4. Set Weekend Rates
    - Under the Day Type column, locate the label for Weekend.
    - Set the rate for this day type under the New Rate field change control.
    - Submit your new rates.

Troubleshooting

  • Ensure that all changes are submitted after configuration.
  • Verify that the correct days are selected as Weekend Days before setting rates.
