Revenue Analytics by Location

Overview

This feature of the Analytics module allows users to view and analyze revenue data based on geographical location.

  • Occupancy: The percentage of available units that are occupied (calculated as Occupied # divided by Available #).
  • Total Rev: The total amount of money earned.
  • ADR (Average Daily Revenue): Total Revenue divided by Occupied #.
  • REVPAR (Revenue Per Available Room): Total Revenue divided by Available #.
  • Avg Length of Stay: The average length of time for reservations.
  • Available Unit Days: The total number of Units available for the selected days (# of units multiplied by # of days).
  • Total Rez Days: The total number of days for which reservations were made within the searched date range.
  • Total # Rez: The total number of reservations made.

Steps

Detail

The Detail tab provides in-depth geographical data about where clients are from and allows searching by Country, City, State/Province, and Zip/Postal Code.

  • # of Days: The total number of days selected for the chosen time period.
  • Rez Days: The number of days stayed within the chosen time period, based on the Geographical Location Search option.
  • Revenue: The total amount of money earned within the selected date period.
  • Tax: The tax generated for the selected date period (not included in the total revenue).
  • Est. ADR: The estimated Average Daily Rate.
  • # of Rez: The number of reservations made.
  • Avg Length of Stay: The average length of time for reservations.
  • Discount: The total discount amount for reservations (not included in the total revenue).

Pace

The Pace tab displays Type, Revenue, and Occupancy data. This data can be used to compare and analyze occupancy statistics for the selected units.

  • Date #1: Shows information for the first selected date.
  • Date #2: Shows information for the second selected date.
  • Variance: Shows the calculated difference between the two units.
