Refunding Security Deposit via Paytrace Processor

Overview

This document provides a solution for refunding a $250 Security Deposit using the Paytrace Processor Credit Card Processing Method. It addresses the issue where there is no option to pull up the client's credit card for a refund.

Steps

• Determine the Type of Refund:
• Full Refund:

• Click on CHG and choose the option to refund to the processor.

• Partial Refund:

• Use the "Other Payment" option and the Virtual panel of the Processor to ensure the settlement is correct.
