Viewing and Reporting Today's Occupant Numbers

Overview

This document provides instructions on how to view the number of occupants staying today, including a breakdown of each occupant type. Additionally, it explains how to generate a printed report of the breakdown by occupant types, such as adults and children.

Prerequisites

• Access to the Availability Grid.

Steps

To quickly view the number of occupants staying today:

• Click Guest List from the Availability Grid.
• The Guest List dropdown will display:
• Total number of occupants staying today.
• Breakdown of each occupant type.

To obtain a printed report of the breakdown of occupant types (e.g., number of adults and children):

• Click on In/Out from the Availability Grid.
• Switch to the General tab.
• Adjust the date range and select the radio button - Guest List.
• Click Print and select the report option: Rez List - Occupants and Guest Balance Report.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues accessing the Guest List or printing the report, ensure you have the necessary permissions and that your system is connected to a printer. If problems persist, contact technical support for further assistance.
