Assigning Business Closed Dates in Season Setup

The Business Closed Dates are managed from within the Season Setup Panel. If your property is closed for a period during the year, only the closed Date Range needs to be created, as the business is considered open if it isn't closed.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Season Setup Panel.

Steps

To create the Business Closed Dates, follow these steps:

  1. Click Menu.
  2. Click Setup.
  3. Click Season Setup.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Set the Business Closed Date range.
  6. Enter the label as Closed.
  7. Enter the Change Control Comments and click Submit.

Troubleshooting

  • Ensure you have the necessary permissions to access the Season Setup Panel.
  • Verify that the date range entered does not overlap with existing open periods.
