Prerequisites

  • Ensure you have the necessary permissions to access the Setup tab in RezExpert.
  • Prepare your map image with the following specifications:
  • Maximum width: 680 pixels
  • Image formats: PNG or JPG
  • Consider adding an area or property name, logos, etc., to a clear area of the image before uploading.

  • For each unit type, click on the unit number, then click in the center of the circle/location this unit represents on the map. The system will automatically calculate the coordinates.
  • Units plotted/edited before submitting will display as pink. Saved coordinates will display purple.
  • If you have X & Y coordinates on an Excel spreadsheet, you can upload them to automatically assign the unit’s coordinates.

  • To make the uploaded Map(s) visible on the Front Desk Availability Grid, set up a View Tab:
  • Click on a Menu button, select the Setup tab, and click on Views.
  • Click Add.

  • Select Yes for Initial Grid View.
  • In the Select Map Option, click on the required Map to display in the View tab.
  • Press Submit to finalize.
