Adding Clients to Warning List in RezExpert

Overview

A Warning Comment can be added to the Client Record to alert all operators when making future reservations for a specific client, such as a guest that you do not wish to accept any reservations from in the future.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Availability Grid
  • Permission to edit client records

Steps

Client Editor

  1. On the Availability Grid, scroll down and expand the Client Editor panel.
  2. Click Search to search for the client.
  3. Additionally, click Search from the Availability Grid.
  4. Search for the client and click Edit within the Selected Client drop-down box.

Person Details/Client Editor - Person

  1. In the Person Details/Client Editor - Person section, tick the flag Warning List.
  2. Enter the comment into the Warning List Comments box.
  3. This message will appear when the client is next searched and selected.

Warning Comment

  • The Warning Comment can also be used for other purposes to alert your operators when you select the client, such as:
  • Left property behind on their last stay
  • Other personal reminders (birthdays, special requirements, etc.)
