Cancel Booking Without Refunding Deposit

This document provides instructions on how to cancel a booking without refunding a deposit.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the reservation system.
  • The reservation you wish to cancel.

Steps

  1. Select the reservation.
  2. Press Guest Folio to open the Guest Folio.
  3. Perform the following actions:
    - Click on the Status button.
    - Click Cancel Rez.
    - After selecting the cancellation reason, click the No Refund button and press Submit.

If you encounter any issues during the cancellation process, ensure that you have the necessary permissions to perform these actions and that the reservation details are correct.
