Keep track of potential customers from your online portal. When customers nearly complete a booking from the online portal, a notification advising of the pending booking can be sent for follow-up.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the online portal
  • Email notification system set up

Steps

  • When a customer clicks "Proceed" from the Online Portal and a booking has a deposit due, the system will log and track this user.
  • If no payment is made within 20 minutes, an email is sent to both the customer and the business.

Troubleshooting

  • Ensure email notifications are properly configured to avoid missing alerts.
