This issue may arise due to incorrect occupant values in your unit type configuration.
Prerequisites
- Access to the Inventory Type Setup
- Access to the Rates Setup
Steps
- Verify Occupant Values in Inventory Type Setup
- Navigate to the Menu.
- Select the Setup tab.
- Click on Inventory Setup.
- Check the Included and Max values for accuracy.


- Ensure Rates are Set for Relevant Occupant Types
- Go to the Menu.
- Select the Setup tab.
- Click on Rates Setup.

Troubleshooting
- Double-check that all configurations in the Inventory and Rates Setup are correct and up-to-date.
