Understanding Rez Pending Number on Availability Grid

Overview

  • The Rez Pending number is located on the top left of the Availability Grid.
  • It indicates the current number of Pending Reservations.
  • A Pending Reservation occurs when no payment has been made after a deposit has been requested.
  • These reservations appear as red (default No Deposit Paid color) on the Availability Grid.
  • Clicking the Rez Pending icon directs you to the Pending tab of the Arrivals/Departures panel to review the reservation.

  • Familiarity with the Arrivals/Departures panel.

Steps

  1. Locate the Rez Pending number on the top left of the Availability Grid.
  2. Identify reservations with no deposit paid, displayed in red.
  3. Click the Rez Pending icon to access the Pending tab in the Arrivals/Departures panel.
  4. Review the reservation details.

Troubleshooting

  • Note: Pending reservations remain in the Pending List for 90 days from the date they were created.
