Cleaning Up Duplicate Client Records

Overview
When an operator does not search for an existing client and instead selects "New Client," multiple client records can be created for a single client.
Prerequisites
- Access to the Client Manager in the Admin tab.
Steps
- Click on the Menu button.
- Select the Admin tab.
- Choose Client Manager.
- Navigate to the Other Duplicates tab.
- Review the list of duplicates displayed.
- Choose to either merge or delete the duplicates.
