Cleaning Up Duplicate Client Records

Overview

When an operator does not search for an existing client and instead selects "New Client," multiple client records can be created for a single client.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Client Manager in the Admin tab.

Steps

  • Click on the Menu button.
  • Select the Admin tab.
  • Choose Client Manager.
  • Navigate to the Other Duplicates tab.
  • Review the list of duplicates displayed.
  • Choose to either merge or delete the duplicates.
