Setting Half Day Rate for Bass Tracker

This document addresses the process of charging the Half Day rate for the Bass Tracker when a Rate Range for Full Day and Half Day is available.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Setup Tab in the Navigation page.
  • Permission to create and modify Unit Types and Rate Setup.

Steps

  1. Identify Missing Unit Type:
    - Ensure there is a Unit Type for "Bass Tracker - Half Day." If not, you will need to create it.
  2. Create Unit Type:
    - Navigate to:
  • Menu > On the Navigation page > Setup Tab > Unit Types > Units > Features
  1. Set the Rate:
    - Navigate to:
  • Menu > On the Navigation page > Pricing and Rates > Rate Setup

Troubleshooting

  • If the Half Day rate cannot be charged, verify that the "Bass Tracker - Half Day" Unit Type exists and is correctly configured with the appropriate rate.
