Sending Confirmation to Alternate Email Address

Overview

This document provides instructions on how to send a confirmation to a different email address by updating the guest folio and selecting the appropriate email recipients.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the reservation system.
  • Permission to edit guest folio details.

Steps

  1. Select the Reservation
    - Open the Guest Folio.
  2. Update Email Information
    - Within the Client Details, enter the alternate email into the Secondary Email field.
  3. Submit Changes
    - Press Submit to finalize the update.
  4. Send Confirmation
    - Click Print Other.
    - Select the Email confirmation.
    - Choose the email recipients.

Troubleshooting

  • Ensure that the alternate email address is correctly entered in the Secondary Email field.
  • Verify that you have the necessary permissions to edit the guest folio and send email confirmations.
