Sending Confirmation to Alternate Email Address

Overview
This document provides instructions on how to send a confirmation to a different email address by updating the guest folio and selecting the appropriate email recipients.
Prerequisites
- Access to the reservation system.
- Permission to edit guest folio details.
Steps
- Select the Reservation
- Open the Guest Folio. - Update Email Information
- Within the Client Details, enter the alternate email into the Secondary Email field. - Submit Changes
- Press Submit to finalize the update. - Send Confirmation
- Click Print Other.
- Select the Email confirmation.
- Choose the email recipients.
Troubleshooting
- Ensure that the alternate email address is correctly entered in the Secondary Email field.
- Verify that you have the necessary permissions to edit the guest folio and send email confirmations.
