The Dashboard provides users with a quick overview of the status of the business.

Arrival/Departure Information
- Displays the number of check-ins and check-outs for today.
- Shows the total revenue value of those reservations.
% Occupancy
- Indicates the percentage occupancy of the business for today.
- Provides a percentage occupancy forecast for 30 days into the future.
Standard Operating Procedures
- Last End Of Day Completed (Cut Off): Last day a cutoff was completed in the system.
- Outstanding System Employee End Of Day: If the system user cutoff hasn't been completed.
- Outstanding Employee End Of Day(s): Number of users who have not completed an End Of Day.
- Not Checked In (up to yesterday): Number of customers not checked in as of the previous day.
- Not Checked Out (up to yesterday): Number of customers not checked out as of the previous day.
- Communication - Unresolved: Number of communication logs not set as resolved. This includes failures in communication (email, SMS) through the software. Users can click on the link to be quickly redirected to manage outstanding communication issues.
- Channel (OTA) Rez Log - Unresolved: Count of channel bookings not set as resolved. Users can click on the link to manage unresolved channel booking statuses.
- Channel (OTA) Rez Log - Unresolved Important: Count of channel reservations sent as cancelled. Users can click on the link to manage unresolved channel booking statuses.
