Adjusting Price on Confirmed Reservation

Overview

This document provides instructions on how to adjust the price of a confirmed reservation within the reservation's Guest Folio.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the reservation's Guest Folio.

Steps

  1. Click on Sale.
  2. Select the Reservation Products under Product Group.
  3. Choose the reservation's Unit Type from the Product Label dropdown.
  4. Under Price per Unit, enter the rate adjustment as a negative figure (e.g., -25.00).
  5. Post the charges.
  6. Select the payment type: Guest Folio Transfer.
  7. Post the payment and press Submit.
  8. Click the Guest Folio button to access the reservation guest folio.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues during the process, ensure that you have the necessary permissions to access and modify the reservation's Guest Folio.
