RezExpert offers properties a range of online booking interfaces designed to showcase the property's business style and booking options. All interfaces are mobile-friendly and dynamically optimized. Over 75% of accommodation bookings are made via a mobile device. RezExpert allows properties to select unit types and assign them to different online booking interfaces based on the functionality required.
- Camping and marina-centric interfaces can utilize length-sensitive and map-based designs.
- Cabins can have a separate, more hotel-like interface.
- Ticketing or down-to-the-minute bookings can use a different interface.
Resorts have ultimate control and can change the interfaces at any time without contacting Digital Rez. This unique setup allows for easy addition of more interfaces to suit any need, or entities can make use of our customized API service, as New South Wales National Parks have. All website interfaces incorporate extensive rules set up for maximum flexibility.

- Guests can maintain their account by changing email addresses and passwords, sending messages to the property, adjusting stored vehicle details, and editing their Visitor Access Permit.
- Option to opt-in for newsletters and marketing options.
Cancel and Modify Booking
- Guests can request booking cancellations and be notified of the cancellation policy and fees.
- Guests can modify bookings, subject to specific rules, with potential additional change fees.
- Automatic emails are sent to guests and the campground after modifications or cancellation requests.
Products & Services
- Guests can purchase additional products and services from their online guest portal.
Online Check-in & Checkout
- Guests can perform remote check-ins and checkouts based on resort rules, such as ensuring reservation balances are zero before checkout.
Design Electronic Documents
- Resorts can set up unlimited electronic documents, marked as mandatory before check-in. Guests can sign e-documents by logging into their guest portal.
Pay Reservation Balances
- Guests can make payments through their guest portal and pay down other account balances.
