Adding Wi-Fi Password to Check-in Forms

Last modified on:

Overview

This document addresses the issue of adding a Wi-Fi password to Check-in Forms. Previously, this was done in Sales on ROS, but recent changes have made it impossible due to a $0 cost restriction.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the system's Setup tab and Unit Type Policy Editor.
  • Permission to modify Check-in Form text.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Menu > Setup tab > Unit Type Policy Editor.
  2. Expand the Unit Type Policy Description panel and select the Global tab.
  3. Add the required Wi-Fi password text to the Check in Form text panel.
    - Ensure the text appears uniform.
  4. Select the Check In Form with Detail to display the entered text/information.
    - If the Check In form option is not visible in your "Print Selector - Check in", contact Support to enable the Check in Form.

Troubleshooting

  • If you encounter issues with the Check In form not appearing, reach out to Support for assistance in enabling the form.
