Setting Product as Inclusive Charge for Reservations

Overview

This document provides instructions on how to set a product to be an inclusive charge with each reservation.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the system's menu and setup options.

Steps

  1. Click on the Menu button.
  2. Select the Setup tab.
  3. Click on Product Setup.
  4. Expand the product's Product Group to select the required product.
  5. Check the Auto Charge Settings and the required Unit Type you wish to assign the product to.
  6. Ensure a rate has been entered for the product in Pricing & Rates Product Rates Setup.
  7. Click on the Menu button again.
  8. Select the Setup tab.
  9. Click on Product Rates Setup within Pricing and Rates.

Troubleshooting

  • Ensure that all required fields are filled out correctly.
  • Verify that the product rate is set in the Product Rates Setup.
