Changing Occupants with Default Base Price Enabled

This document provides information on occupant changes for a reservation with the Occupant Setting - Default (Base Price) Occupant enabled. The Occupant Setup includes an option to set the Default (Base Price) Occupant, allowing the Included Occupants count in the Unit Type setup to consist of a combination of Occupant Types. When an occupant change occurs on a confirmed reservation, it is necessary to specify the occupant charges.

Prerequisites

  • Ensure the Default (Base Price) Occupant setting is enabled in the Occupant Setup.

  1. Confirm the reservation with the Default (Base Price) Occupant setting enabled.
  2. Specify the occupant charges when an occupant change occurs.
