Reservation Charge Recalculation Settings

Overview

Changes to reservations, such as the length of stay or unit type, will affect the charges associated with the reservation. Recalculation settings can be selected to force the system to cancel all previous charges and recalculate charges based on the change.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Business Setup section in the system.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Setup.
  2. Go to Business Setup.
  3. Select 1. Business Information to enable recalculation settings.

Troubleshooting

  • Ensure you have the necessary permissions to access the Business Setup section.
  • Verify that recalculation settings are correctly enabled to reflect changes in reservation charges.
