Unit Type Rates Configuration Guide

Overview

This panel allows users to add, edit, or delete rates for specific Unit Types. Users can set these rates based on the following criteria:

- Rate Group(s)

- Time Period(s)

- Day Type

- Occupant Type

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Rate Setup panel in the system.
  • Understanding of Rate Groups, Time Periods, Day Types, and Occupant Types.

Steps

  1. Action Buttons
    - Cancel Button: Click to cancel any unsaved changes and refresh the page.
    - Submit Button: Click to save changes made.
  2. Date Selection
    - Use these buttons to search for previous, current, and upcoming rates.
    - Select a specific date by clicking "Select Date."
  3. Rate Type Option
    - Choose to configure either the Base Rate or Occupant Rates for the desired Unit Type.
  4. Rate Editor
    - Use this form to view and edit rates for specific Unit Types.
  5. Navigation
    - Go to Setup > Pricing and Rates > 3. Rates Setup to enter Base and Occupant Rates for your Unit Types and selected Rate Groups.
